Life in Clarington magazine was a great read. I especially enjoyed the recipes in this month’s edition of the magazine;
-scented pine cones to put you in the mood
-strata, (a dish you assemble the night before, throw in the oven in the morning, and when you are done opening your presents, breakfast is ready) , and
-’light’ cheese ball and frozen dessert
