| Q. | What is the Cancellation and Refund Policy for your events? |
| Sue Sutcliffe reserves the right to cancel this event if it deems necessary, and will, in such event, make a full refund of the registration fee but will not be responsible for other costs incurred by registrants. No liability is assumed by Sue Sutcliffe for changes in program content or venue. Substitution: If, after booking you are unable to attend, you are welcome to substitute someone else to attend in your place, at no additional cost. The substitution can be completed online by accessing your event registration record. All substitutions must be completed at least 3 days prior to the event. Refunds: To cancel a registration, please notify Sue Sutcliffe in writing by email or fax (905-263-8989) no later than 7 days prior to the presentation date. Receipt of your cancellation will confirmed by email or fax. Cancellation at least 14 days prior to the event: Event fee less $30.00 administration fee will be refunded Cancellation less than 14 days and more than 7 days prior to the event: Event fee less $ 50.00 administration fee will be refunded Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the event: No refund Non-Attendance Registrants who register but do not attend, will not be refunded any fee. | |
